Who We Are

W Investment Properties is a private real estate investment company. We're not real estate agents and we don't list homes on the MLS. Instead, we buy properties directly from homeowners or work with our network of trusted investor partners.

We started this business because we saw too many homeowners in difficult situations being taken advantage of by aggressive investors and misleading marketing. We wanted to offer a different approach—one based on honest communication and treating people the way we'd want to be treated.

We specialize in helping homeowners who are facing challenging circumstances: foreclosure, inherited properties, vacant homes, properties needing major repairs, and other situations where a traditional sale doesn't make sense or isn't possible.

1 We Buy Properties Below Market Value

We're investors, and we need room to make a profit after accounting for repairs, holding costs, and the risk we take. Our offers won't match full retail market value. We're upfront about this because we want you to understand exactly what you're getting and why.

2 Sometimes We Buy Directly, Sometimes We Assign

Depending on the property and our current focus, we may purchase your home directly for our portfolio, or we may assign the contract to one of our trusted investor partners. This is called wholesaling, and for you as the seller, it typically makes no difference—the terms you agree to are the terms you get.

3 We Never Charge You Fees

You never pay us anything. We make our money from the difference between what we pay you and what we can sell the property for (after putting in work and taking risk). We typically cover normal closing costs too.

4 We Can Move Fast—But Only If You Want To

We have the ability to close quickly when time is critical. But if you need more time to decide or want a longer closing period, that works too. We adapt to your timeline, not the other way around.
